The Eminence Hair Collection currently ships orders using USPS. Flat rate shipping requires 3-5 business days for delivery after it ships, in addition to a signature upon delivery. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777).

The Eminence Hair Collection offers 1-2 day shipping that's total is calculated at checkout. This shipping method automatically includes insurance and signature confirmation at no extra charge.

The Eminence Hair Collection ships international orders via USPS priority International. International shipments cost $35.00 for any destination worldwide and are normally received within 7-9 working days. The Eminence Hair Collection is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. We do not refund shipping charges for orders returned.

Each bundle has been cared for by one of our natural hair specialists to ensure its quality before being sent to you. (1) RETURNS We do not offer refunds on our products, but would be glad to offer you an exchange or store credit within the first fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order if you receive a product that you believe is defective. Within the first 14 days of receipt, please email info@theeminencehaircollection.com and one of our customer service representatives will assist with the issue. Please note there is a 10% restocking fee for all exchanges and store credits. Please note that before any exchange, store credit, or replacement of hair is honored, we must receive the hair back in our possession to inspect and determine its quality. We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are in fact defective. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges if you cut or process or the hair in any manner (coloring, lifting, etc.).

(2) EXCHANGES Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange if the correct item was received. Please note that issues concerning length and color variation of the hair are not valid reasons for an exchange. Please visit our length chart in the product shopping section to ensure that you are ordering the correct length of hair to achieve your style. Products that have been untied, washed, installed, and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange, so please examine each bundle while it is still tied to make sure you are satisfied with the product. We recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure that we safely receive your order.
